Welcome to the Teamsters Local Union No. 155 Health Benefits and Pension Plans web site. This site is designed to provide information for Plan Members regarding the Health Benefits Plan and Pension Plan. The site allows Plan Members to:

  • Access online versions of the Health Benefits Plan booklet and Pension Plan booklet, and
  • Access and print common Health Benefits and Pension Plan forms. (You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, as all forms are posted in PDF format.)
